Payment can be made by Paypal, Money Order or Personal Check
100% of the purchase price must be prepaid before shipment
 

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped the same day or next day to the address given by purchaser.
All large heavy and bulky items take up to 3 days to ship.
Buyers in other countries should contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Return Policy

Exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
1. The product you received was damaged in transit.
2. We shipped out the wrong merchandise or product.

 

If you need to return your item, please e-mail or contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item for a return authorization number to return it with. This number must be on the outside of the package. The item should be received by us within two weeks from the date you received the item. Any items refused by the purchaser at the time of delivery, you no longer want/need the item, or you purchased the item in error, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and delivery charges.

 

Returned items will be handled in the following way:
We will replace your item with the same item.
If we do not have another of the same product in stock, you will be issued a Store Credit.
Items must be returned within 2 weeks. Purchaser is responsible for the delivery cost of all returned merchandise.
